Senior Doctor Conference 2025
AMA Queensland will host the Senior Doctors Conference at Voco Hotel, Brisbane CBD in August. The one-day conference will be followed by a networking function on the balcony with drinks and canapés. SDC conference is a gathering of senior active and retired doctors whom travel nationally for our Senior Doctors Conference. This year's program will cover topics such as: healthy ageing; encore careers; and senior doctors and the health system. We will also hear from delegates of the conference by having a soapbox session in the afternoon. A soapbox is a raised platform on which one stands to make an impromptu speech, often about a political subject. If you have an issue or topic you would like to raise let our events team know on the day of the conference and we will give you a form to complete.
