Did you know the COVID-19 vaccination direction has changed for a third time in just three months?
The Workers in a healthcare setting (COVID-19 vaccination requirements) Direction ("Direction") (No. 1) took effect from 10 November 2021. It has since been revoked and replaced by Direction "(no. 2)" which took effect from 16 December 2022; and on 4 February Direction (No. 2) was revoked and replaced a third time by a third Direction, same name but numbered "(No. 3)".
We recommend joining us in this webinar if you are an:
employer • so you can know what you can and cannot reasonably require of persons entering your private practices, whether they are staff members or otherwise; or
employed doctor or doctor under a service agreement • to understand what your personal duties are to comply with the Direction.
